Sitting on the deck in the evening, looking up at the wonderful stars on August 24, the day of my eye surgery, enjoying the moment with Dan and Meg.
Arriving in the hospital room after my wife awoke from surgery, and she was okay, and smiling.
Spending an evening at dinner with my fire company friends, and receiving an award for service rendered. I sat with some of the youngest members of the department, and they are enjoying life.
Meeting, greeting, laughing with my family and friends at my birthday party. I like to celebrate birthdays ending in zero, and double zero. My father lived to be 95... I should be able to make it to 105 (35 more years.)
Enjoying an afternoon with family and friends, and discussing with young people their hopes. This was Memorial Day party, and it was alive and fun.

Repairing the garage with my son, so it wouldn't fall down, and cooking out with him, the things he likes to eat.
